dobrog upravljanja<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Ako postupamo po pritu\u017ebi, pokre\u0107emo <strong>ispitni postupak<\/strong>. Tijekom postupka mo\u017eemo zatra\u017eiti sve potrebne informacije, podatke, akte i drugu dokumentaciju od tijela na koje se pritu\u017eba odnosi, a koje je <strong>obavezno odgovoriti<\/strong> u roku koji navedemo. Tijekom ispitnog postupka <strong>pritu\u017eitelje<\/strong><br \/><strong>obavje\u0161tavamo<\/strong> o svakom upu\u0107enom i primljenom dopisu.<\/p><p>Po zavr\u0161etku ispitnog postupka izra\u0111ujemo <strong>zavr\u0161ni dopis<\/strong> u vidu izvje\u0161\u0107a o slu\u010daju. Zavr\u0161ni dopis dostavljamo podnositelju pritu\u017ebe, a u slu\u010daju da smo utvrdili ugrozu ili povredu prava, i tijelu (ili fizi\u010dkoj ili pravnoj osobi, ovisno o mandatu) na koje se pritu\u017eba odnosi.<\/p><p>U sklopu ispitnog postupka mo\u017eemo i <strong>nenajavljeno obi\u0107i mjesto<\/strong> na koje se odnosi pritu\u017eba, odnosno u kojem su smje\u0161tene ili borave pojedine skupine \u010dija prava i slobode \u0161titimo. Pri tome mo\u017eemo <strong>bez nadzora razgovarati<\/strong> sa svima koji su tu smje\u0161teni ili zaposleni.<\/p><p>Ako se pritu\u017eba odnosi na probleme iz nadle\u017enosti posebnih pravobranitelja (prava djece, pitanje ravnopravnosti spolova ili prava osoba s invaliditetom), proslijedit \u0107emo im pritu\u017ebu i o tome obavijestiti pritu\u017eitelja. Ovakva suradnja usugla\u0161ena je Sporazumom o me\u0111uinstitucionalnoj<br
