Alongside Ombudswoman \u0160imonovi\u0107 Einwalter, this year\u2019s nominees were neurosurgeon Marina Ragu\u017e, Director of the Croatian Natural History Museum Tatjana Vlahovi\u0107, and attorney Una Ze\u010devi\u0107 \u0160eparovi\u0107.<\/p>\n<p>Each of them has made a significant impact through her professional achievements, dedication and social engagement, contributing to the creation of a fairer and better society, particularly when it comes to the protection, status and empowerment of women.<\/p>\n<p><em>Zaposlena<\/em> magazine has been organising the Woman of the Year award for more than three decades, recognising women whose professional work, integrity and engagement push boundaries and whose example inspires others.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ombudswoman Tena \u0160imonovi\u0107 Einwalter has been named Woman of the Year 2026 in the traditional annual selection organised by Zaposlena magazine.
