The complaint can be submitted by post (Savska cesta 41\/3, 10 000 Zagreb) or by e-mail to info@ombudsman.hr. <\/strong><\/span>More detailed information, including what should complaint contain, can be found here<\/a> or given by calling 01 4851 855. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Due to the current epidemiological situation, personal arrival is possible only exceptionally (if the complaint cannot be submitted by post or e-mail) with mandatory prior announcement and scheduled appointment. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

All epidemiological measures must be followed within the Ombudswoman\u2019s premises.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n
